Approvaq Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to Approvaq, a HubSpot deal governance and approval service, provided by MRB Info Technologies Inc. ("Approvaq," "we," "us," or "our"). By installing or using Approvaq, the customer agrees to these Terms.
Eligibility and Authority
The person installing Approvaq represents that they are authorized to bind the HubSpot account or organization. The customer is responsible for its users, approvers, policies, HubSpot configuration, and use of the service.
The Service
Approvaq lets customers configure policies, create approval requests, identify or notify the configured approver, record decisions, and project governance state. HubSpot remains authoritative for CRM deal facts; Approvaq remains authoritative for its governance records.
Approvaq's deal-stage enforcement is reactive to HubSpot events and cannot guarantee that every manual, workflow, API, or third-party CRM change is prevented before it occurs.
Plans and Billing
Plan availability, limits, and prices are shown in the Approvaq billing catalog and applicable order or checkout flow. The Free plan includes one approval request, one active policy, and one controlled pipeline; the allowance does not reset for the same tenant or HubSpot portal.
Growth provides the paid capabilities shown in the current catalog. Governance may be listed as coming soon and is not purchasable until enabled. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
Customer Responsibilities
- provide accurate installation and billing information;
- obtain required HubSpot permissions and user consent;
- configure lawful policies, approvers, and workflows;
- use the service only for authorized business purposes; and
- promptly report suspected unauthorized access or security issues.
Customer Data
The customer retains its rights in customer-provided CRM and governance data. The customer grants Approvaq the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and maintain the service as described in the Privacy Policy. Approvaq does not sell customer CRM data.
Uninstall, Suspension, and Deletion
Uninstall or disconnect marks the tenant inactive and stops active processing; it is not a data deletion request.
An authorized customer may submit a deletion request through contactus@mrbinfotech.com. Our target is completion within 30 days of a verified request, subject to safe resolution and legal retention requirements.
Availability and Changes
We aim to operate Approvaq reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including HubSpot features outside our control.
Intellectual Property
Approvaq and its software, documentation, names, and branding remain owned by Approvaq or its licensors.
Confidentiality and Security
Each party must use reasonable measures to protect confidential information received from the other party.
Disclaimers and Liability
Any warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnities, service credits, and exclusions required for publication must be supplied and approved by legal counsel before these Terms are published.
Governing Law and Disputes
Legal review required before publication. Governing law, venue, dispute process, and any mandatory consumer-rights language have not yet been finalized.
