What Approvaq Does

Approvaq adds deal approval guardrails to HubSpot. Configure approval policies in Approvaq Settings, then review pending approvals from the Approvaq deal App Card.

Before You Install

• A HubSpot account where you are authorized to install Marketplace apps.
• Permission to configure deal approval policies and approve the requested OAuth scopes.
• At least one HubSpot deal and an owner/approver who can be selected in a policy.

Install Approvaq

Install Approvaq

1. Open the approved Approvaq install link.
2. Choose the HubSpot account to connect.
3. Review and approve the requested permissions.
4. Complete the OAuth installation flow.
5. Open the installed app's Settings page and select Approvaq Settings.
6. Open a HubSpot deal and confirm that the Approvaq Deal Approvals card is available.

Configure Your First Policy

1. Open Approvaq Settings.
2. Select Approval Policies.
3. Select Add policy.
4. Enter a policy name.
5. Choose the pipeline, target stage, deal property, comparison rule, threshold, and approver.
6. Save the policy and confirm it appears in the policy list.
7. Keep the policy disabled until its rule has been reviewed.
8. Enable the policy when it is ready for live deal governance.

Review and Decide an Approval

1. Approvaq evaluates the active policy for the deal.
2. A pending approval request is created when approval is required.
3. The authorized approver opens the deal's Approvaq Deal Approvals card.
4. The approver reviews the request and selects Approve or Reject.
5. Approvaq records the decision and projects the governed state back to HubSpot where configured.

Settings Areas

• Approval Policies: create, edit, enable, and disable reusable deal approval rules.
• Products: assign existing reusable policies to HubSpot products when enabled for the account.
• Billing: review the current plan, catalog pricing, subscription status, and available plan actions.

Troubleshooting

The App Card is not visible

Confirm that the app is installed in the deal's HubSpot account and that the record is a deal. Then reload the deal record. If the issue continues, contact contactus@mrbinfotech.com.

Approvaq asks you to reconnect

Reconnect only through the Approvaq or HubSpot authorization flow. Do not send credentials by email or paste tokens into support requests.

Uninstall and Data Deletion

Uninstalling or disconnecting Approvaq marks the tenant inactive and stops active processing. Uninstall is not a customer data deletion request.
